Swollen kidney ;tube: Unilateral hydronephrosis describes inside of kidney is swollen by urine caused by obstruction or urinary reflux. Mega-ureter is a swollen urinary tube between bladder ; kidney also from obstruction at lower end or bladder reflux. Taken together indicates that problem is at junction of bladder ; ureter. Megalourethra ia rare condition where part or all of urinary tube below bladder is very wide.
