Good to seek: Your interest in finding answers is a very good sign, should you actually have bipolar. Many people who do avoid accepting it. As my colleagues have suggested, your level of concern is a good reason to seek an assessment from a psychiatrist. He or she will do a much better job than a quiz possibly can.
