It's possible!: Depends on the reason for your blood pressure elevation. However, there are several things you can do. Idealize your weight, aerobic exercise-such as brisk walking for about 40 minutes daily and reduction of sodium (salt) in your diet. In some cases, reduction in dietary carbohydrate results in some further reduction as well as weight reduction. This may result in up to 15% reduction.
