You're doing the: Right thing. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for pain. If pus comes out or redness worsens, see your dr. Take care!

See below: Have a plastic surgeon evaluate your hand. Lack of blisters may be because the burn is really minor or very serious and deep. Pain is usually present when the hand is lower than the hears, so keeping it high is helpful. Good luck.
