Could be: Could be a vein clot as well. Is your leg swollen? See your pcp.

Maybe: This sounds like some sort of nerve impingement(pinched nerve.) this may have been caused by a calf injury. I think you need to see your doctor quickly to get an early jump on this. They will also rule out the possiblity of a blood clot to your calf.
