Thorough eval: There is always help, depending on where you live. They may not need psychiatric care or medication (you should check on that with your pediatrician by the way), but if they are having trouble with coping or expressing their feelings, getting frustrated, acting out or causing trouble, a play therapist may help. There may be other family issues contributing, like a recent death or divorce.

Train yourself: Oftentimes, children's behavior can will improve by changing your behavior. This age needs a structured routine and consistency. positive reinforcement when they have good behaviors and special one on one time for each of them. Cut down electronic time to as close to none as possible also, as excessive screen time has been shown to cause anger. Look for parent training resources nearby
