Yes: While the dr will not be able to talk to you about his treatment, you are able to provide information (/"collateral") addressing how the patient is responding to treatment for consideration. Ideally your husband will give the dr consent to speak with you for a more rounded conversation.

YES, please do: Your husband sounds like he's having a lot of difficulty, and some of these signs could be related to the prozac (fluoxetine). Alternatively, the Prozac (fluoxetine) may have been prescribed to diminish aggressiveness -- i don't know. Do call his physician. And if you are in danger, please get out of the house, call the police, and stay with someone else until this is resolved.
