NIH: I am sorry to hear about your wife and this advanced cancer. The nih lists the clinical trials ongoing for cancer trials. Most likely her oncologist can be a good resource for trials being sponsored by the nih. When it has spread to the liver the cancer is advanced. A very good book to consider is the last lecture by randy pausch. He had advanced pancreatic cancer.
