Needs urinalysis: First UTI needs to be ruled out. Also requires to see her primary care health provider for a complete evaluation including medical history, physical examination & likely some blood tests. Possibly something to do with her liver, more likely something else like gall bladder, right kidney or intestinal problem. Good luck.

Diabetes: I would first be worried about diabetes or liver disease. She needs a full evaluation at the doctor's office.
