Step up Rx: Epiduo is basically benzoyl peroxide and is a good first medication. Time to get with your physician -- it's the 21st century and you have a right to be acne-free. Adding topical Clindamycin & continuing peroxide is a logical next step. If you're a woman who can and wants to take the oral contraceptive pill, this often clears things up. A systemic antibiotic may be in your future. Good luck.
