Simple topical creams and lotions do not have medication that penetrates the skin deep enough to enter your bloodstream. Without entering the blood, they cannot affect your pregnancy. As a general rule creams and lotions can be used before and during pregnancy as well as if breastfeeding. (as long as they are not on the feeding surface of the breast)
