What infections are there that cause enlarged lymph nodes i've been told there is loads?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many: It is a long list. Bacterial infections like strep commonly cause enlarged nodes. Tb, fungal infections and virus infections (like infectious mono) all can cause lymph node enlargement. Persistently enlarged, or growing nodes need medical evaluation.
