See below: You are probably a nasal staphylococcus aureus carrier and have a bacterial shinitis. Nasal Bactroban Ointment and hibiclens soap showers and shampoos may help. Bacterial infections can cause enlarged lymph nodes in the area of lymphatic drainage from an infection.
