Need to see Doc.: Nose sores could be from infecctions, some people are carriers of mrsa(staph) and this may need to be eradicated. Dry mucus may be another reason. Need to use saline nasal lavage and avoid irritation of nasal passages. Wheezing may suggest that you have allergic rhinitis together with bronchial asthma. Lymph nodes depending on its location are also of concern, thats why you need allergist/lung sp.
