Ofcourse not.: Regular exercise is good for your health. Do both cardio and muscle strengthening exercises. You can monitor your maximal heart rate. Do not overdo it. Since, you are 45, you can have a cardiac stress test to assess your exercise capacity if you are concerned about it. Get plenty of rest, liquids, good nutrients, fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts in your diet. Avoid cigarettes, alcohol, good luck.
