Maybe: Can't answer for you specifically or for exact doses since that would involve doing an individual assessment. However they should be ok together. There is one possible interaction. Methadone may reduce the metabolism of Cymbalta (duloxetine) (meaning that for the same dose your blood levels may be higher than they would ordinarily be). This may mean a dose adjustment.
