Drug interactions: Taking Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Methadone can increase your risk for developing serotonin syndrome or neuroleptic malignant syndrome. If you notice any symptoms such as rigidity, tremors, fever, sweating, diarrhea, confusion, increased heart rate or other unusual signs, inform your doctor asap, as you should stop one or the other or both meds immediately and get treatment right away.
