Very rarely.: Paget's diseaseof the breast is a type of cancer involving the skin of the nipple; this can cause a rash like discoloration of the nipple and itching. If all you havens itching, chances are this is a reaction to a skin irritant; if there is a rash, please see your doctor just to be sure.
