See an Ob/Gyn: I am assuming you are not pregnant. Nipple discharge usually indicates a problem that needs to be investigated. Bilateral discharge could indicate hormonal problem that can be treated. Breast tumor or pituitary tumor are also to be considered. A thorough work up by Ob/Gyn will find the cause to treat.
