Not likely: Is there a specific place that bleeds or it's generalized? Can you see anything on the skin? It can be anything from a fungal/parasite infection to a skin condition- psoriasis specifically, less likely cancer. You definitely have to abstain from scratching since this is feeding in the condition. Ultimately, consider letting your PCP examine your scalp.
