Maybe & maybe not: Pain possibly, but not any swelling. You may have an injury to that area creating the pain and swelling in the foot and ankle rather than it being related to your spine diagnosis. You may quite possibly have two separate issues going on as well. See an orthopedic surgeon if it is not getting better by now. The surgeon can evaluate your back and leg as well as an appropriate course of treatment.

Likely unrelated: Spondylolysis does not typically cause foot pain and swelling. Probably due to another issue.
