Rule out clot: You are describing a classic case of possible deep vein thrombosis. Best to go to the emergency room now get an ultrasound and testing done. Good luck

Several things: Most worrisome is a clot in the deep veins of the leg. Need ultrasound of the deep veins in the leg to assess this. Esp if swelling still there and calf pain still there. Unlikely to be calf muscle cramp and edema in leg, which can happen on long trip but should be gone by now. Best to have this evaluated. Hope this helps. Dr R
