Is there anything i can do to lower my resting pulse (~110bpm) & perhaps increase my bp (~115/65). i'm 31, m, 130lb, 5'5 & am a rather nervous person.

Resting Pulse: The best things to lower resting pulse are - practice some form of meditation or yoga regularly and do some form of aerobic exercise regularly (assuming you are otherwise fit). I don't think there is any reason why you would want to increase your BP if you have no symptoms...
