Lower the pulse: Overtime one can lower their pulse rate through A good exercise routine that includes a good amount of aerobic exercise. This will not be noticed immediately but over time this will lower the resting heart rate and most individuals. Also, you might be surprised how making sure you're adequately hydrated by drinking plenty of water can do wonders to lower your pulse. Also, do your best to relax :)
