Intensity : The physiological changes associated with exercise depend on intensity, duration, and type of exercise. Aerobic exercise at moderate intensity ( heart rate around 120-140 BPM during exercise) will cause cardiovascular changes in about 4- 6 weeks. The higher the intensity and duration the better.
