See sleep specialist: It seems that you have chronic insomnia related to circadian rhythm disorder called dsps, delayed sleep phase syndrome, which essentially is night owl, someone like me. Cognitive behavior therapy, sleep hygiene, bright light therapy may work. It will take hard work and compliance to manage this. A sleep specialist who is trained in insomnia will help. Other disorders like depression can contribute.
