Please clarify 'heroic measures' does it include mech ventilation, tube feedings, cpr? what else? doctors, what would you want at 92 if will to live?

None of those: If i was terminal; that is cancer, stroke, heart attack and it was unlikely i would retain quality of life, i would want no IV antibiotics, IV fluids, tube feedings, ventillatory support, etc.
