There are: The resources depend on where you are, but there are some. In wisconsin, where i believe you live, there is a well woman program that pays for screening in women, such as pap smears. Health systems frequently have programs to help people with needed health care when they don't have insurance. There are also free clinics. I would start with calling your health department or local clinic for info.
