Both: Both are important and are sunergistic. Together, they work much better than either one alone.

Both: I think that the more tools you have to cope with depression, the sooner you will find relief. If meditation helps calm you, by all means use it alongside psychotherapy and visa versa. They are not mutually exclusive.
