Common Finding: Disc herniations are common findings on MRI scans. These can often be used as a quick answer to all pains that affect the neck and or lower back. Be sure to see a specialist about this to make sure you headaches are not from a different source. There are many conservative treatments for headaches from otc medications to physical therapy and other more specific medications. See your pcp.
