YES: Cervical spondylosis is associated with a particular form of headaches. This is called occipital neuralgia. The head ache is in the posterior aspect of the head. It usually respond to a change in pillows, otc medication such as tyelenol, advil or aleve (naproxen). Exercises are good at relieving associated tightness of the cervical muscles. Occasionally local injections are needed to alleviate these headache.
