I have middle back pain that doesn't start hurting until i am up a while. i had mri. if i had cancer would mri caught it?

YES IT WILL: The pain comes after you are up and about.It is more likely to be muscular but it may be originnating from the spine but unlikely mri will show the bones and if there is herniated or bulging disc ot spinal stenosis.Consult your doctor, it is very unlikely that you have cancer but have it checked by your doctor.
