Yes & maybe: Diagnostically 'yes, ' updating an hsg after more than a year is a good call if havign difficulty conceiving. Therapeutically, 99% of the evidence does not support improved pregnancy rates after hsg - but you might be the lucky 1%. Good luck, just be aware that hsg may not be treating anything.
