May or may not : Help, but it is always good to know that you are healthy and your doctor can proceed from there. Just because you had two children in the past , does not give us guarantee that we can do it again. Our health change in time and so the ability to do so may be affected .Good luck. Yes: It will help to know if your tubes are open or not. You can also occasionally "pop" a tube open with the test itself.
