Am ttc, in hsg test both the tubes are open but dr suggest me for laproscopy . is it possible that in laproscopy found that the tubes are block?

Possibly: The hsg is accurate 90-95% of the time when compared to laparoscopy. It is more likely to five inaccurate readings with risk factors including: 1. Painful periods 2. Painful intercourse 3. Pelvic infections.
