Lowered vision: If your 20/60 vision is best corrected, then there is some problem with your eye which limits the best acuity. If it is the best uncorrected, there may be some improvement even to normal with eyeglasses. The fraction 20/20 indicates the smallest print that can be seen at 20 feet while 20/60 means the normal can see them at 60 feet.
