Is it time for me to get new glasses if i take them off to read small print?

Likely...: At forty years of age most people will begin to have problems reading small print and will need bifocals. At 30, presbyopia or needing bifocals, is unlikely. You may have had a major change in your prescription and your current glasses need to be changed. I would see your ophthalmologist and have an exam.
