If : If you are over 40, you may be experiencing presbyopia. If you don't require glasses to see far, then you may only need a pair of over-the-counter reading glasses. You can start with +1.50 and try stronger ones if needed. Otherwise, your eye doctor can determine the power of your glasses by examining your eyes.
