Question?: Unsure what you are asking. Some burns require skin grafting. These are typically deep 2nd degree burns that do not heal well spontaneously or full thickness (3rd degree) burns that by their nature do not retain the dermal elements that are needed for epithelial healing. Skin grafting is a very common treatment for deeper burns, can be quite painful and complicated but is a first line treatment.
