Not a fan of oils: Not sure how far out of the burn you are and how far the healing has progressed. So I'll answer as if the graft failed early on. I tend to be a fan of collagen dressings with or without grafts. I have been successful treating second degree burns with nothing except daily cleansing with dilute dakins solution and collagen gel as a primary dressing and then a non stick secondary.
