Sinusitis: You may have a sinus infection. You should see an ENT doctor and be examined. Something else may be going on, such as a retrotonsillar abscess, etc.

Some thoughts..: It could be post nasal drip and phlegm that you're seeing. It could also be an element of reflux. With a good history and physical, your doctor should be able to work with you on a diagnosis and treatment plan. Best of luck.
