I have had an endometrial ablation and hysteroscopy as all my tests are normal and a cause cannot be found for me heavy bleeding during intercourse. will the ablation stop this post coital bleeding?

Post-coital bleeding: You may consider an ultrasound test to check for hematometrea. It refers to accumulation of blood in the uterus. This can occur after ablation because the drainage of blood through the canal is blocked.

It may help: Bleeding during intercourse may come from the uterus, cervix or vagina. An endometrial ablation should help if the bleeding is from your uterus.
