Not really: Pain can make you irritable. There is a condition called premenstrual dysphoric disorder that is a more severe form of pms not due to endometriosis, and that could be the reason you are moody. Can be treated, keep a log of your emotions in relationship to your menses and go see your gyn for treatment.
