Endometriosis/Crohns: Endometriosis (endo) and crohn's disease seem to be related in that women with endo have a higher incidence of crohn's. Endo implants on your intestines can mimic crohn's symptoms- is this a flare caused by endo? Probably sometimes yes, sometimes no. Clearly if one has both, it's important to treat both as they seem to feed the painful symptoms of one another.

Possibly: Endometriosis unfortunately, can involve the colon and could be causing some symptoms. An ob/gyn can perform a laparoscopy to evaluate and treat this.

Maybe- or just mense: Endometriosis and crohns do have a connection. However, sometimes just the "stress" of the menses tweaks crohns. A good gynecologist can help. You very well may benefit from supressive therapy (ike "long-cycle" birth control pills (taking pills continuously for ~ 3 months, only having 4 periods/year...).
