More than likely not: While taking a home pregnancy test is the first thing you should do, the reality is that a tubal ligation (having your tubes tied) is indeed permanent, especially after 14 years. Depending on how old you are, you could very well be in the early stages of menapause or a host of other things. Definitely worth a trip to your ob/gyn for this.
