You may be suffering: From chronic sinusitis and may need clean up by ear, nose, throat specialist. You may have other medical condition going on with sinus infection. Go see your doctor and get referred to ENT as soon as you can. Take some Motrin , Aleve or tylenol (acetaminophen) for headache. Continue your nose spray, allergy meds. Get it done to have a life!
