Taking amoxicillin for sinus infection. having night sweats and daily headache since taking antibiotic. is this a common side effect?

Sinus infection: headache and sweats is more likely a side effect of the infection than of the antibiotic. If the symptoms persist more than a few days on the antibiotics you need further eval as you may need a stronger or different antibiotic to cure the infection.
