The symptoms vary: There are many symptoms for depression. Insomnia is one but so is over-sleeping. Eating too much is a symptom, but not having an appetite can also be a symptom. Have you noticed changes in how you feel, behave, or think? If you believe you are depressed go to a doctor or a psychologist and speak about the changes you have noticed. They will help you figure out the root of the problem.
