Not much: If an eye is truly blind, in most cases, there is no way to reverse the loss of vision. If only in one eye, you should be extra careful with the other eye, and be examined frequently. The "symptom" of true blindness is lack of light perception but there are varying degrees of vision loss, some of which can be improved with treatment.
