See a spine : Specialist, as you would need and evaluation and a clinical examination to determine the exact cause of your symptoms and then develop an effective treatment plan. Which will likely focus of anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy, home exercises. When those fail to relieve your symptoms, there are other treatments including epidural injections and at times surgery may be needed. Good luck.
